    Q : Is Pocket Auto Catch compatible with my device?

    A : You have to try it to know if it is compatible with your device.

          For iOS, it is good in general. For android, chances are some models work, while some don't.

    Q: How much voltage does it need to charge Pocket Energy?

    A: It's 5V.

     

    Q: What does the LED on Pocket Energy indicate when it is charging?

    A: 

       1. Red: Charging

       2. Blue: Full power

     

    Q: What does the LED on Pocket Energy indicate when it is not charging?

    A: 

       1. Intermittent red: The voltage is lower than 3.5 V, you my consider charging it.

    Currently, the Brook iRecatcher is only compatible with iPhone X (no Home button) and later versions. Versions earlier than iPhone 8 are not currently supported

    Q : It can be paired before, but now It can't be paired anymore.

    A : 

         1. Go to the Bluetooth Setting on your phone (not in the game), to forget/clear the device "Pokemon GO Plus".

             If you see multiple "Pokemon GO Plus", please clear all of them

         2. Then go back to the game to pair it again.

      

    Q : It can't catch Pokemon nor collect items from Poke Stop automatically.

    A : 

          1. Make sure you have enough red balls in your bag, it uses red ball to catch Pokemon.

          2. Make sure you have enough space for caught Pokemon.

          3. Make sure you have turned on the auto catch and auto collect function on Pocket Auto Catch.

          4. Make sure you have turned on "Nearby Pokemon" and "Nearby Poke Stop" in Pokemon GO Settings

    b. Clear the pairing records within the game: Go to the in-game "Settings" page, select "Connected Devices and Services," then choose "Pokémon Go Plus." Under "Available Devices," you will see the previously connected device(s) (indicated by a triangle on the right side). Click the triangle to clear the pairing.
    3.Reconnect and pair the device again.

    There are many possible reasons why charging may not be working. Please check according to the following steps:

    1. First, check if the metal endpoints on the product or charging cable are dirty.
    2. When inserting Pocket Auto Catch into the charging cable, ensure that the metallic parts make proper contact.
    3. If it is the first time using or has been unused for a long time, the lithium battery may enter a sleep state,

        resulting in no lights. Wait for 10~15 minutes, then press the button on the product to check if there are any lights.
    4. If charging still does not respond, please perform a RESET operation.
    5 .If none of the above methods works, please contact the retailer for assistance.
