  • Q21.Other Technical Questions - Auto Catch Reviver Plus

    Q : It can be paired before, but now It can't be paired anymore.

    A : 

         1. Go to the Bluetooth Setting on your phone (not in the game), to forget/clear the device "Pokemon GO Plus".

             If you see multiple "Pokemon GO Plus", please clear all of them

         2. Then go back to the game to pair it again.

     

    Q : The pairing indication on the screen of Auto Catch Reviver Plus shows "X", I can't turn it to "V",so I can't pair it.

    A : That indication means if Pocket Auto Catch has already been paired to the phone.

          If it has already been paired, it shows "V".

          If it hasn't been paired, it shows "X".

          Trainers cannot switch it.

          

     

    Q : It can't catch Pokemon nor collect items from Poke Stop automatically.

    A : 

          1. Make sure you have enough red balls in your bag, it uses red ball to catch Pokemon.

          2. Make sure you have enough space for caught Pokemon.

          3. Make sure you have turned on the auto catch and auto collect function on Pocket Auto Catch.

          4. Make sure you have turned on "Nearby Pokemon" and "Nearby Poke Stop" in Pokemon GO Settings

          5. Make sure the internet stream is smooth.

          6. Make sure your speed is not too fast (about 60km/hr)

     

     

    Q : Can I reset Auto Catch Reviver Plus?

    A : Yes, you can.

         1. When you insert Auto Catch Reviver Plus to the charging cable, make sure the metallic parts contact

         2. Try to use other usb cable to charge

         3. Reset Auto Catch Reviver Plus

         4. If none of the methods aboce works, please contact the retailer for assistance

     

    Q : How long does it take to charge? And how long can it be used before the power runs out?

    A : It is suggested that you charge the device everyday as long as you can.

         The general charging time is about one hour, depending on how you use it (using time/ using frequency/ vibration..)

    Q : Can I charge it with power bank?

    A : Yes, all Plus series device can be charged with power bank.

     

     

    Q : Why is the connection sometimes easily disconnects?

    There are several reasons for unstable connections, such as unstable network connectivity (due to VPN usage or unstable Wi-Fi), device models, and game versions, among others. We recommend trying the following steps for troubleshooting:

     

    a. Clear the Bluetooth pairing records on your phone: Go to the Bluetooth settings page on your phone, find the option for Pokémon Go Plus, and select "Forget" or "Remove" to clear the device settings.
    b. Clear the pairing records within the game: Go to the in-game "Settings" page, select "Connected Devices and Services," then choose "Pokémon Go Plus." Under "Available Devices," you will see the previously connected device(s) (indicated by a triangle on the right side). Click the triangle to clear the pairing.
    3.Reconnect and pair the device again.

     

    Q :  What is the supported Bluetooth version?

    A:  It supports Bluetooth version 4.0 and above.

     

    Q:  What is the maximum range for the connection?

    A: The typical range is around 10 m. In an open area without obstacles, it can reach up to 20 m.

     

    Q : What does Lock Screen mean in the Pocket Center App?

     

    A : Due to the screen is easily to touch and change to the other settings. 
         You can switch to lock and unlock function in the app.

     

     

    Also you can hold and press touch point to lock and ulock screen on auto catch.

         First of all, fully discharge Watchic. After Watchic is fully discharged, charge it again until it is 100% full to finish reset.

    Q : The screen seems to be malfunctioned, can it be repaired?

    A : No, it can't.

     

    Q : What does the app "Pocket Auto Watch" do with Watchic ?

         4. Repeat step 2-3 for 10 times(insert, then take out, then insert, then take out...)

  • Q24.Can it be used with an iPad ?

    we are really sorry that the auto-reconnection does not work on an iPad, due to the system setting issue.

  • Q25.Can iphones with a Lightning port be used ?

    In the product package, we include a Lightning OTG cable. This not only allows for powering the device using the phone but also enables simultaneous charging.

  • Q26.Will using iRecatcher get banned ?

    No! iRecatcher employs image recognition technology to determine connection status and simulates human hand clicks through air mapping. This design fully mimics a person watching the game and performing manual clicks. Additionally, there is absolutely no third-party software intervention during usage.

  • Q27.The Pokeball was clearly aimed and positioned correctly, but it still ran away afterwards

    iRecatcher uses a special nano-washable adhesive with inherent elasticity. Therefore, when setting up automatic reconnection, please install it by gently pressing from top to bottom to avoid any issues of the device shifting after installation.

  • Q28.Can it be used with an Android phone?

    Due to the wide variety of phone models and display types, currently only a small number of Android phones are known to be compatible. We will continue to update the list of supported devices. If you are interested in using iRecatcher but do not see your phone model on the supported list, feel free to send us a message or leave a comment in the comment section. We will prioritize testing for that specific phone model.

  • Q29.if iRecatcher is powered by the phone, what should i do if the phone runs out of batterys?

    If it is an iPhone 14 or below models(with a Lightning charging port), iRecatcher comes with an included OTG charging adapter, allowing the phone to charge while supplying power. For iPhone 15 models (with a Type-C charging port), it is recommended to use a standard Type-C power supply device to provide power to iRecatcher.

  • Q30.Does the product come with a warranty?

    Products from Brook come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty regardless of where they are purchased.
