  • Q1.Is there a risk of getting an account ban?

    The main reasons a system may detect abnormal account activity include:

    Using unauthorized apps or software

    Moving an unrealistic distance within a short time frame

    To reduce the risk of detection, ARMATE does not support instant long-distance teleportation, as it may result in suspicious movement patterns.
    Instead, we utilize smart roaming technology that simulates realistic, human-like movement to ensure a more natural and seamless experience.

    If you require long-distance movement, you may manually enable the relevant feature through the app.
    Please note that frequent use of this function over a short period could increase the risk of account suspension, and users must assume full responsibility for any consequences.

  • Q2.What’s the difference between supercapacitors (also known as gold capacitors) and lithium batteries?

    Compared to lithium batteries, supercapacitors have several advantages:

    Longer lifespan – They can handle way more charge/discharge cycles.

    Much safer – There's a much lower risk of explosion.
    Better heat resistance – They perform better in high temperatures.

    More durable over time – They don’t degrade as quickly.
    Faster charging – At the same capacity, they charge quicker than lithium batteries.

  • Q3.Do I need to calculate the cooldown time while using it? And how do I calculate the cooldown time?

    Pokémon GO has a built-in cooldown system. Failing to follow the cooldown may result in a warning or account suspension, and the related policies can be found online. The minimum cooldown is 30 seconds for every 1,000 meters moved. If players are concerned about the risk of account suspension, setting the movement range to less than 500 meters will eliminate the need to worry about cooldown issues.

     

  • Q4.What happens if I forget to turn auto moving off?

    Your location will continue to move automatically within the preset range and will not change with your actual position.
    If you want to restore your current real location, you can turn off GPS signal transmission within the app, close the game, disconnect the Bluetooth device, and if necessary, turn off your phone’s GPS and turn it back on after one minute.
    If you forget to disable the auto-move function, you will need to pay attention to the cooldown time. It is recommended that players estimate the approximate distance traveled before reopening the game, refer to the teleport cooldown chart, and reconnect after making an appropriate assessment.
