Q: How can I check whether Wingman SD2 is compatible with my controller or arcade stick? 

A: Before purchasing, visit the Brook website and check the compatibility list on the product page. 

The list includes controllers and arcade sticks that have been tested and confirmed to work with the converter. Devices not listed may be incompatible or may not have been tested yet. 

You can contact us for assistance or recommendations, or search online for other players’ experiences. 
 

Q: My controller or arcade stick is listed as compatible, but it does not respond when connected. 

A: Try the following: 

Connect Wingman SD2 to a different USB port. 

Update the firmware. 

Connect an external 5 V power supply using a USB cable. 

Test with another controller or arcade stick to check whether the converter is working properly.
