Q : I have some problem with firmware update.
A : Should you have any problem, please try the troubleshooting methods as below :
- Disconnect, reconnect and retry
- Switch another USB port and retry
- Use another PC and retry
- Restart PC and retry
- Restart firmware and retry
- Use another controller and retry
- Shorten cable length/Use another cable and retry
- Make sure you download the correct file
- If you have installed ZeroPlus Driver before, remove it and retry
- Disable antivirus and retry
- Run the program as administrator

Q : Do I need to do firmware update if there's new release ?
A : As long as you can use the converter without any problem, you don't have to do firmware update.
Q : What should I pay attention to for firmware update ?
A:
- Firmware update must be done on a PC, it cannot be done on a console.
- Operate it on desktop PC. For laptop, please connect your laptop to power supply.
- Do it on Windows 7(and above) .
- Disable antivirus when operating.
- Don’t remove the converter while update is running.
- Make sure the PC has smooth internet stream
Q : I try to update the firmware for my converter , It keeps giving me the message
" Downlaod file failed " and "The remote server returned an error: 227 " , What can i do ?

- Please make sure you have followed firmware update guide to do firmware update first.
- Check if there's any change to your gamimg environment.
- Make sure the adapter LED is on when it is plugged/paired to console/PC.
- Shake the adapter, check if there's any strange sound.
- Make sure the hardware part is good.
- Make sure if it can be normally charged.
- Make sure the connecting cable is in good condition.

Q: Does X One Adapter SE 2 support remap function in Xbox One mode?
A: Please do it in the Settings on Xbox One.
Q: Does X One Adapter SE 2 support turbo function in Xbox One mode?
A: Since Xbox One doesn't support turbo function itself, X One Adapter SE 2 doesn't offer that function.
Q: Does X One Adapter SE 2 have built-in battery
A: No, the power is from the controller, so make sure your controller has enough power.
In addition, always press the Xbox key first to power on your controller, then it activates Xbox One Adapter SE 2.
*NOTE: It is suggested to use the official lithium-ion rechargeable battery which offers stable and consistent power to your controller to have best gaming experience.
Q: When using motion controls with my XONE SE2, the detection feels inaccurate, or the camera angle drifts on its own even when the controller is completely still. What should I do?
A: Motion control (gyroscope) settings may occasionally require calibration due to gameplay variations or environmental factors to restore optimal performance. Please follow the steps below to calibrate your adapter:-
Mode Switching: Ensure the adapter is powered off, then switch the mode toggle to "PS" Mode.

Place Flat: Plug the adapter into a power source (any console or PC will work) and make sure to place it flat on a stable, level surface.

Button Combination: Press and hold both the "Wireless button" on the adapter and the "D-Pad Down" on the controller simultaneously for at least 5 seconds, until the adapter's LED flashes red once, then release.

Test: The motion control calibration is complete. Please test the controller again to see if it functions correctly.
Q: My XONE SE2 suddenly cannot connect wirelessly to the Switch console, although the wired connection works perfectly. What should I do?
A: In some instances, the Switch console may automatically refresh or change the Bluetooth pairing key with the controller, resulting in a wireless connection failure. Performing an adapter reset will resolve this issue. Please follow the reset steps below:-
